Castello Romano, Province of Grosseto — 7 beds for 16 guests
It's impossible to resist the charm of Tuscany and the Castello Romano. Nature is at the heart of this exceptional residence, from the huge garden decorated entirely in stone and wood. This former cloister of nuns which is more than 1,000 years old, has been renovated using traditional techniques from the Middle Ages, and has regained all its former splendor. It is backed by a farm which today produces more than 60,000 bottles of white, rosé and red wines per year, 10,000 liters of extra virgin olive oil, with vegetable gardens and orchards as far as the eye can see.
